This beautiful Wizard Staff features a cast (by us) resin orb with a regal aluminum finial on top. The staff in the pictures is the one you will receive. It is unique! Our "snowball" is lightly frosted with glitter that sparkles in the sun.

The most amazing thing about this staff is that it lights up! It is 65" tall (about 5 and 1/2 feet) and 3" at the widest. It is made of molded and shaped PVC. The straight shaft is about 1 1/4" in diameter. (It fits nicely in your hand!) The designs are done in hot ethylene-vinyl acetate, followed by a four step painting process. The body of this staff is painted in a lovely ice blue and white. The bottom is fitted with a white rubber tip.

The staff is lighted by sticking your pinky finger (or eraser end of a pencil) in the small hole on the side of the staff near the base of the crystal and pushing up on the flashlight button inside. The batteries are replaceable. Instructions are included, and can be seen here.

The word orb is from the Latin orbis, meaning world. The ball is a symbol of the cosmos, or of the universe as a harmonious whole. A sphere symbolizes completeness, unity, equality, and acceptance. No point of a sphere is nearer or farther from the center than any other point on the sphere.

SHIPPING INFO: Our Free Shipping option uses USPS Priority Mail and includes $100 insurance. We have had a good experience shipping this way; It normally takes up to 4 days but can take up to 10 days, which is highly unusual. If you are in a time crunch you can choose USPS Priority Express shipping which will be calculated during checkout. In the shopping cart checkout, there will also be an option to choose USPS First Class Mail, which obviously won't work for this large of a package! If you would like us to ship to Canada, please contact us and we will set up a special order based on your address.
