Handmade copper enamel necklace in the shape of a butterfly! It measures 1" x 7/8".

This design evokes an "Aztec" motif and features a dark red background with white, orange and red designs.  The back is fired in speckled black.

My copper enamel pendants are made by firing powdered glass onto an 18 gauge copper shape in a 1450 degree kiln! Some pieces can be fired up to five times to reach the desired effects and colors.

The pendant comes on a 20" (approx.) copper chain with a lobster clasp. Clasped, the necklace measures 11 1/8" from the closed tip of the clasp to the bottom of the pendant.
